  • All existing debt secured on the property is included in combined LVR.
How this is calculated
  1. LVR = loan ÷ property value × 100.
  2. Combined LVR = (existing debt + new loan) ÷ property value × 100.
  3. Loan-to-cost = loan ÷ total cost × 100.
