About Privet
Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use Privet, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Pages are tested with automated accessibility checks during development, and we fix issues that are reported to us.
What we provide
- A skip link to the main content on every page.
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
- Text and background colours chosen for sufficient contrast, in light and dark themes.
- Form fields with labels, clear error messages and large touch targets.
- Charts accompanied by text descriptions or tables of the same figures.
- Reduced motion when your device asks for it.
Known limitations
Some charts are visual summaries; the same figures are available in tables or on our data page. Downloaded files are generated from page content and may not be fully tagged for assistive technology.
Report a barrier
If something is hard to use, email enquiries@privet.com.au and tell us the page and what happened. We will reply and work on a fix.
